About The Position

Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Lead Technical Product Manager to accelerate growth for its suite of UpToDate Expert AI products. The role spans the clinician journey from awareness and acquisition through activation and ongoing engagement, with a focus on expanding how and where clinicians discover and adopt AI-enabled solutions. The position works across product, marketing, clinical, commercial, and partnerships to identify new ways to reach users, improve onboarding, and encourage meaningful repeat usage. The product leader will own growth strategy and outcomes across the funnel, using measurement, experimentation, cohort analysis, and user insights to identify and prioritize opportunities. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, supporting go-to-market activities, aligning stakeholders on priorities and metrics, and communicating performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Growth approaches should account for clinical, privacy, and regulatory environments and be scalable across products and segments.
