Lead Technical Implementation Analyst

Coterie
•$120,000 - $150,000•Remote

About The Position

The Lead Technical Implementation Analyst leads requirements and delivery coordination across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives spanning internal business units and external distribution partners, including changes to the Distribution API. The role establishes standards for the track and mentors other analysts. It is primarily an individual-contributor position focused on identifying systemic issues across business units, promoting strategically aligned solutions, and collaborating with leadership on capacity, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. Analysts in the Feature Delivery track partner with business units across Coterie, including Revenue, Salesforce, Claims, Care/Payments, and Compliance, as well as external distribution partners and the APIs they consume. They organize ideas, gather and structure requirements, and advance projects that may involve partner integrations or Distribution API changes. Analysts serve as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and own communication, UAT coordination, and the quality of requirements delivered to engineering. They remain engaged throughout delivery, including the final mile of release. The role provides delivery leadership across a portfolio of work while balancing hands-on delivery with team enablement and process definition. It requires sound judgment in evaluating risk and escalating unresolved decisions, and a collaborative approach to building others' domain knowledge and testing skills.
