About The Position

The AI Technical Implementation Analyst partners with Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) business units to implement AI-enabled solutions developed through discovery and intake. Acting as a technical bridge between the FAS AI Team and business units, the role turns approved use cases into working solutions, supports sustainable and well-documented implementations, and coordinates with the ET AI Studio when more advanced technical capabilities or infrastructure support are needed. The position requires technical and analytical skills, the ability to work with business and technical audiences, and a practical approach to moving solutions from concept to deployment. The role works hands-on with business units through prototyping, testing, and rollout; translates requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans; supports enterprise AI tools; and establishes ownership, support, measurement, and review approaches for implemented solutions. It also documents and converts successful pilots into reusable templates and workflows, identifies platform limitations and infrastructure gaps, and shares learnings through the FAS AI & Technology Community of Practice. This is a fully remote position requiring reliable internet service for uninterrupted work. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The salary is $84,000 or more, depending on qualifications. The position is expected to continue, and the earliest start date is immediate.
