Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) engineering and mobile network architecture, with the ability to diagnose and identify root causes of wireless network issues, as well as provide coverage assessments.
  • Proven ability to engage proactively with internal and external customers, including Sales and cross‑functional partners, in a professional, service‑oriented manner.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication and presentations
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, facilitate cross‑functional alignment, and drive issues to resolution in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Flexibility to provide support outside of standard business hours as required, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support outage response, FirstNet incidents, and high‑visibility events
  • Ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive situations, including outage management and major event support

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical guidance and resolve complex issues for engineering, scientific, or technical challenges.
  • Act as a key advisor to clients and sales teams, addressing technical challenges and assisting with presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and innovative development of solutions tailored to client needs, and oversee project execution to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Create and deliver training materials, operating manuals, and mentorship to junior staff while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulations and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and best practices implementation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AT&T Network Technologies.
  • This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
