About The Position

As a Lead Teacher at a child care center, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners. You will create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers; promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; maintain expertise in licensing guidelines and company standards; and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the child care center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities
