About The Position
The Lansing School District is seeking a Lead Teacher for its Summer School program at Gardner at Everett. This role is part of a variety of positions available for the summer session. The district is committed to providing an excellent education in a safe and nurturing environment and values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Internal applicants within the aligned bargaining unit will receive preference. Specific details regarding the schedule and programming can be obtained from the hiring manager or building administrator.
Requirements
- Must be an internal applicant in the aligned bargaining unit to receive preference.
- Available for the Summer School dates: June 8th to July 2nd.
- Ability to work 6 hours of instructional time per day.
- Ability to complete an additional 48 hours of planning.
- Must be available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Lead Teacher role for Summer School at Gardner at Everett.
- Provide instructional time and planning.
- Work Monday through Thursday.
