About The Position

Peaceful Valley Montessori Eden Prairie is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. The role also involves helping lead learning activities, ensuring children’s safety and well-being, monitoring their development, and fostering a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. The school offers educators a supportive environment and resources to create a positive learning experience. Peaceful Valley is part of Endeavor Schools, an education management company with more than 100 schools in 14 states. The stated pay range is USD $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

Some college education is required.
One to three years of experience is required.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

CDA or associate degree preferred.
