About The Position
The Lead Infant Teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children and helps them learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The teacher implements The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and builds relationships with families and colleagues to support a positive environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. The role includes regularly communicating with parents about children's activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.
Requirements
- Six months of professional teaching experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
Nice To Haves
- One year of professional teaching experience preferred.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
