About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Learning Care Group provides early childhood education and childcare programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years through a family of brands. Its programs use research-based curricula and are delivered in safe, nurturing, and engaging environments designed to support children’s development and prepare them for school.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.
