About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensures adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The position requires a consistent daily schedule and the ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Availability for a consistent daily schedule.
