About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. As a Lead Teacher at a child care center, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners while learning, growing, and thriving in your role. You will develop interactive learning experiences, promote preschool children’s growth, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with families.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Maintain expertise in licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.
