About The Position

This is more than a daycare job; it is an opportunity to learn, grow, thrive, and play while inspiring children to become lifelong learners. The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers; supports the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; follows licensing guidelines and company standards; and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The role requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

The position offers a Monday-Friday work week and hourly pay of $19.09–$19.84, paid bi-weekly, with a Daily Pay option. Pay is based on position, education, and experience. Full-time employees receive immediate medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Limited medical coverage is offered to part-time workers. Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification, is available to all employees.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
