About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners by creating interactive learning experiences and promoting preschoolers’ social, physical, and intellectual growth. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, mentor fellow Teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
