The Lead Teacher creates a positive, engaging, safe, and nurturing classroom environment where young children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher uses a growth mindset to support children’s development and foster a love of learning, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Applicable state licensing requirements apply. The Learning Experience describes its early education approach as joyful, engaging, and fun, using hands-on activities that encourage children to explore and solve problems at their own pace across six ages and stages of early childhood development. This franchise is independently owned and operated; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with one of two schedules: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Compensation is $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
