Lead Teacher - Kids Discovery
About The Position
Early Learning Academies (ELA), with Excel Creative Early Learning, is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher who is passionate about providing young children with an exceptional early learning experience. The role is suited to candidates with a genuine love of working with children, energy, compassion, and a dedication to nurturing young minds. Previous childcare experience is not specified as necessary. The position requires completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, as well as compliance with applicable state, federal, and Early Learning Academies requirements for education, experience, immunizations, employment physicals, and health and safety training and practices. The stated pay range is $15.75–$18.50 USD.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- Must complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
