About The Position

The Lead Teacher plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum, supports children’s growth, and leads classroom staff in maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment. The position is located in Marietta, Georgia.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional childcare experience.
• TCC, CDA, or an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with at least 30 ECE credits.
• Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must pass required background checks and health screening.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and meet classroom physical requirements.

Responsibilities
