Lead Teacher
About The Position
The Lead Teacher creates a welcoming, engaging classroom where young children can learn, play, and grow. The role uses a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning and implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschool children in a way that meets each child's needs. The teacher provides a safe, nurturing environment, communicates with parents about children's experiences and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions, and partners with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and the center's success. The position is for a passionate, caring, and creative educator committed to helping children thrive academically and emotionally. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
- Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
- Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschool children according to each child's unique needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children's adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and foster an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
