About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will create interactive learning experiences, support and mentor fellow Teachers, and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The role also involves building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Benefits

• Hourly pay of $20.26–$21.05, based on position, education, and experience.
