Daycare Lead Teacher - Children's Courtyard, Sierra Lakes Pkwy
About The Position
The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and leads classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. Compensation is $19.56–$20.32, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options are available. The work week is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
