About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will create interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, maintain expertise in licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The role is with Learning Care Group, Inc., a childcare provider offering programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. Its research-based curriculum is designed to support holistic child development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment and to prepare children for school and lifelong learning.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
