About The Position

As a Lead Teacher at Learning Care Group, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the success of the center.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
