About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey, where you learn, grow, thrive—and play—every day. As a teacher at a child care center, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners. The Lead Teacher develops fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers; promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; follows licensing guidelines and company standards; and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
