About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure you are knowledgeable about licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and your center's success.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
