About The Position

Parker Chase East Cobb, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Teacher to help create a positive learning environment for children. The Lead Teacher develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum, plans engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assesses and documents students’ progress. The role also involves helping lead innovative learning activities, ensuring children’s safety and well-being, monitoring their development, and creating a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers.

The school describes a supportive environment with resources for educators, education incentives, and career development programs. Opportunities for advancement and relocation options at more than 100 schools nationwide are also offered. The position pays $16.00–$20.00 per hour. A $1,000 hiring bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after three months and $500 after six months of employment; employees must be active and in good standing at each payout.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
• Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is strongly preferred.
