About The Position

We are hiring 4 Lead Teachers who are dependable, growth-minded, and take pride in their work. This is a full-time role for someone who wants to lead a classroom, grow professionally, and be part of a program that truly supports both children and teachers. The role involves leading a classroom with structure, intention, and professionalism, supported by systems designed for success. Requirements

• Meet Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements
• Classroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) child development + curriculum
• Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage a structured classroom
