About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. Teachers work with children indoors and outdoors and engage in physical activities with them.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Benefits

• Hourly pay of $17.36–$18.03, paid bi-weekly, with a Daily Pay option; compensation is based on position, education, and experience.
