About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide daily care and early education for children in a child care center. The teacher follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans learning experiences, and communicates effectively with families. The role includes completing extensive training in child care, preschool, and child development, and implementing the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive activities. The position requires engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Have a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
