About The Position

Cranfield Academy Carmel is hiring a Lead Teacher for its Toddler Classroom. The teacher develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum, plans engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assesses and documents student progress. The role also involves helping lead learning activities, ensuring children’s safety and well-being, monitoring their development, and creating a harmonious classroom environment for children and fellow teachers. The listed pay range is $16.00–$19.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent credits or experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Two or more years of experience; strongly preferred.
