About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. As a Lead Teacher at a child care center, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners while creating fun, interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; and maintain expertise in licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the child care center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities
