About The Position

Children's Discovery Center, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Teacher to help create a positive learning environment and support children’s development. The teacher develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum, plans engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and monitors and documents student progress. The role also involves ensuring children’s safety and well-being and creating a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Endeavor Schools offers educators resources and support, education incentives, and career development programs. Children's Discovery Center is part of a network of more than 100 schools in 14 states, with different educational styles and methods across its schools.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 2 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
