About The Position

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to support preschool children’s learning and development in a child care center. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow Teachers, and promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The Lead Teacher leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

The position requires an energetic, dependable, and passionate individual who is at least 18 years old, has experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans, and can meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements. The Teacher must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
