About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It is an opportunity to learn, grow, thrive, and play while inspiring children to become lifelong learners. The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences, supports and mentors fellow Teachers, and promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
