About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking inspired and well-qualified Lead Teachers for their Harbison, SC location. This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners, partnering with a dynamic team to build a warm space where children thrive, capturing and sharing daily milestones with parents, delivering a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum, and following each child's cues to ensure their safety and elevate playtime. The position requires meeting all state preschool teacher requirements and flexibility to work within business hours.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
Meets all state preschool teacher requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a preschool teacher preferred
Demonstrated classroom management skills preferred
Bonus points for experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare
