About The Position

Cadence Academy Preschool is holding open interviews for inspired and well-qualified teachers and assistants at their Charlotte, North Carolina location. They are looking for candidates for their Lead Teacher, Teacher, and Assistant Teacher programs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours.
• Previous experience as a preschool teacher preferred.
• Demonstrated classroom management skills preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
