We believe in the importance of early childhood education and are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our Lake Orion team. As the Lead, you will help foster curiosity, growth, and security during a child’s most important developmental years. You play a vital role in the development and well-being of infants, leading the day-to-day activities with the support and collaboration of an assistant teacher to provide the best possible learning experience and care for infants utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

Requirements

CDA (Child Development Associate) credential required
Minimum of one year experience in an infant classroom required
CPR Certification
Willing to pursue higher education in accordance with NAEYC and Michigan Child Care Licensing guidelines for ECE Teachers

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or associate degree in early childhood education, child development or child-related field preferred
