About The Position
The Lead Teacher at Children's Courtyard creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers. The role promotes preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. Candidates should be energetic, dependable, and passionate, and able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
