About The Position

Field of Dreams Baxter, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. The role supports children’s growth and well-being while helping create a positive, harmonious learning environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members, are required.
Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education is essential.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Two or more years of experience is preferred.
