About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.
