About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. As a Lead Teacher, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners by creating fun, interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote each child’s achievement and support the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities
