About The Position

Children's Discovery Center, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. The role focuses on supporting children’s growth while ensuring their safety and well-being and fostering a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 2 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
