About The Position

Field of Dreams Baxter, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. The role helps create a positive learning environment and ensures children’s safety and well-being. Educators are supported with resources, education incentives, and career development programs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Two or more years of experience preferred.
