About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures familiarity with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher builds sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and the center's success. The position involves working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
