About The Position

Step by Step Montessori- St. Anthony is seeking a Lead Montessori Guide. The role develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy, plans engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assesses and documents student progress. The teacher helps create a positive, harmonious learning environment and supports children's development, safety, and well-being. Requirements

AMS or AMI certification is required.
1–3 years of experience is required.
State-specific requirements apply.

Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education are essential.
