About The Position

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to join their early childhood education team. They are open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and aim to find a classroom that best matches the candidate's qualifications, experience, and preferred age group. The Learning Experience focuses on making early education joyful, engaging, and fun, with a curriculum centered on the six stages of early childhood development and hands-on learning activities.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
Professional early childhood classroom experience required
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education

Nice To Haves

Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
Observe and document children's development
Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
Build positive relationships with children and families
Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
