About The Position

The Learning Experience - Billerica is seeking experienced early childhood educators to lead a high-quality classroom. This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum, supporting children's overall development, and maintaining a positive and safe classroom environment. The Lead Teacher will also guide Assistant Teachers, communicate with families, and ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC requirements. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
Professional early childhood classroom experience required
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education

Nice To Haves

Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities
