About The Position

The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We're open to educators with Infant-Toddler or Preschool qualifications and will work with you to find the classroom that best matches your experience, strengths, and preferred age group. This role involves leading a high-quality early childhood classroom, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and supporting children's overall development. The Lead Teacher will also establish positive classroom routines, observe and document children's progress, guide assistant teachers, communicate with families, and maintain classroom standards in accordance with Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Professional early childhood classroom experience required
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education

Nice To Haves

Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities
