About The Position
The Learning Experience - Littleton is seeking experienced Lead Teachers who are ready to take ownership of a classroom and make an impact. We're open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and will work to match candidates with a classroom based on qualifications, experience, strengths, and preferred age group.
Requirements
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
- Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
- Professional early childhood classroom experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education
Nice To Haves
- Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
- Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
- Observe and document children's development
- Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
- Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
