Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Executive search and leadership recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the health-tech landscape and the ability to effectively source and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and a strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex recruiting challenges.
  • A passion for the mission and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical, senior-level, and highly specialized technical roles, acting as the primary closer for top-tier talent.
  • Partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leadership to design organizational structures, advise on market trends, and build long-term, scalable workforce planning strategies.
  • Act as a player-coach within the Talent team, mentoring junior recruiters and sourcers, elevating the team's functional baseline, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Drive systemic improvements across the hiring lifecycle, including optimizing the ATS (Ashby), designing robust structured interview frameworks, and establishing best-in-class employer branding campaigns.
  • Own complex capacity planning, compensation benchmarking, and pipeline forecasting, analyzing recruiting metrics and presenting actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Champion candidate care standards across the organization, ensuring every interaction reflects the company's core values and mission.
