We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, Investments to support hiring across Liberty Mutual Investments and manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires across front, middle, and back office. This individual will be a trusted partner to hiring leaders, responsible for building and executing search strategies, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates and stakeholders through every stage of the hiring process. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, LMI. This position may be based in Boston or New York City in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong search background, ideally with experience recruiting across investment, asset management, or related financial services markets. We are looking for a candidate who can be a true thought partner and talent acquisition professional with deep market knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
