About The Position

The Lead System Engineer will translate core business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions across platforms, networks, and software for Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle PDH, JDA Planning, and Oracle Applications R12 Cloud implementations. This role involves analyzing, designing, providing technical input, managing projects, and implementing Oracle solutions within Supply Chain, Master Data Management, Planning, and Logistics. The position requires expertise in Oracle Technology products, Rateware Engines, and cloud-based solutions. The Lead System Engineer will drive design decisions for development teams, define subsystems and interfaces, allocate responsibilities, and communicate requirements for Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications, MWA Architecture, Oracle BI Enterprise Edition, BI Publisher, Oracle Data Warehouse, Fusion Middleware, OCI, OIC, and VBCS. Key responsibilities include aligning teams to a shared technical direction, validating assumptions, assessing alternatives, and establishing critical non-functional requirements (NFRs). The role also involves facilitating continuous delivery pipelines, participating in planning, definition, and system design, and developing architectural runway for new features. Collaboration with stakeholders and architects is essential for implementing enablers, participating in project planning, demos, and retrospectives, and assisting with the integration of external systems. Expert knowledge of Oracle Application Implementation methodology is required, utilizing Oracle Apps R12, SCM Cloud, OTM Cloud, PDH, OIC, ADF, Logistyx, Toad, SQL Developer, Oracle Reports, and APEX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation
  • Establishing critical non-functional requirements (NFRs) at the solution level and contributing to the definition of additional NFRs
  • Participating in project planning, system and solution demonstrations, and retrospective workshops
  • Assisting with the architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms
  • Utilizing Oracle Apps R12, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle WMS Cloud, Oracle OTM Cloud, Oracle PDH
  • Working with Oracle Integration Cloud Service(OIC), Oracle ADF, Oracle VBCS, Logystix Rateware Application
  • Using Toad and SQL developer
  • Utilizing BI publisher, Oracle Reports 10g, and APEX

Responsibilities
